Apropos to the vedic astrology predictions already given for India horoscope:

At present, the last pratyantar of Rahu is operational in Sun/Jupiter Bhukti, and from 13 July 2012 onwards, the Antardasa of Saturn will start. The transit position of Mahadasa lord Sun is somewhat better in Gemini zodiac sign (second house of India’s Natal Chart). However, the transit position of Antardasa (sub-period) lord Jupiter is not much auspicious. Jupiter is still making an inauspicious union with Venus and debilitated Ketu; and it will be after 31 July 2012 that Venus will come out of the transit affliction of Jupiter and Ketu. Two major transit changes are going to take place during the month of May 2012 that is transit Jupiter will be changing its zodiac sign to Taurus (Vrishabha) from Aries (Mesha); and the transit Saturn will be transiting back to Virgo (Kanya) zodiac sign on temporary basis. Saturn will remain in Virgo zodiac (Kanya Rashi) for around three months, specifically from 16 May 2012 to 3 August 2012. The applicable Vimshottari Dasa on India’s horoscope is Sun/Jupiter Bhukti (24 September 2011 to 12 July 2012). And, this is based upon 15 August 1947 time 12:00:40 at Delhi. The nature is the best guide or mentor, one can ever think of. The prime requirement is only to be in-line with the nature, which definitely requires a lot of hard-work, dedication, understanding and mentoring. While choosing the career for oneself, most of the times (99%), we fail to see and decide its suitability with inner self. Most of the times, the decisions are made either on the advice of other people; or done by copying and following others. For example, around 10 years ago, there was a flow of people blindly opting for MBA. Prior to that, it was Chartered Accountancy course and before that it was Law and judiciary sector attracting most of the youths. Around 7 years ago, there was a strong inclination in younger generation towards IIT. And, now there are so many, Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Police Personals, MBAs and IITians facing severe issues in their professional stability and security. As per vedic astrology readings, currently the Mahadasa of the Sun is operational on India Horoscope. The antardasa of Jupiter in Sun’s Mahadasa will remain effective till 10 July 2012; and, thereafter, Sun/Saturn bhukti will commence from 11 July 2012 to 22 June 2013. There will be two prominent transit changes taking place in 2012; first Saturn entering Virgo in retrograde motion and then coming back in Libra, second, Jupiter changing its transit zodiac sign to Taurus. The transit of Mars is also looking quite prominent as during the first half of 2012, the transit Mars will remain in Leo zodiac sign. On the basis of planetary placement, dasa and transit; Vedic astrology predictions for India Horoscope are not very positive for overall aspects including politics, administration, general masses, climate, nature and economy. The Neech Bhang Rajyoga means the cancellation of debilitated state of a planet. Usually, planets are considered weak, if they occupy their debilitated zodiac sign.

I stand to be corrected; but, I could not find any mention of Neech Bhanga Raj Yoga in Brihad Parashara Hora Shashtra. The Phala Deepika and Sarawali, however, do contain information about the planetary placement, wherein the strength is obtained by planets in their debilitation sign.
